Femboy Paradise respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using this site when submitted to our designated agent below.

If you believe that content hosted on Femboy Paradise infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with all of the following:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.

1. We will review your notice and, if it is complete and valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly.
2. We will notify the uploader that their content has been removed.
3. We will document the takedown in our records for compliance purposes.

We aim to process valid notices within 2 business days.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our agent. A valid counter-notice must include:

2. Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or, if outside the US, your country's relevant court).

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Femboy Paradise has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. Accounts with multiple confirmed copyright violations will be permanently suspended in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice is a violation of federal law and may expose you to civil liability. Please only submit a takedown notice if you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf and have a good-faith belief that infringement has occurred.
